Our Story
The Flourish Collective was born from the shared passion of Janelle and Georgia, two seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds in counselling, psychology, social work, teaching and life coaching.
Recognising a lack of practical, experience-driven support for counsellors and students alike, they combined forces to create a community where knowledge, skill-building, and empowerment intersect.
Together, they built The Flourish Collective to offer counsellors and students the tools, support, and community they need to navigate and excel in the counselling profession.

Meet Janelle
As Co-Director of The Flourish Collective, Janelle Rigby brings over 8.5 years of experience in counselling, behaviour support, and education. A passionate advocate for professional growth, she is dedicated to supporting emerging counsellors in developing confidence, competence, and ethical practice.
With a strong background in private practice, NDIS behaviour support, and clinical supervision, Janelle is committed to creating a nurturing space where counsellors and students can refine their skills, gain hands-on experience, and flourish in their careers.
Meet Georgia
As Co-Founder at The Flourish Collective, Georgia brings a wealth of experience in counselling, social work, and clinical supervision. Passionate about empowering individuals and professionals, she provides a compassionate, strategic, and evidence-based approach to therapy and supervision.
With a strong background in private practice, school-based wellbeing, and trauma-informed care, Georgia is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and ethical practice among clients and supervises.
